Why is the port not opening on ASUS RT-N53?

Good afternoon, users of the resource Toaster.ru!
I ran into such a problem - I want to set up a virtual server to play with friends and I need to open port 7777 for this. It seems that I did everything right, however, all programs for checking port availability report that the port is closed. Ports are not blocked by the ISP. I also turned off the firewall, and forwarded the ports, and turned on the DMZ. Nothing helped.
Operating system: Windows 10
IP: Dynamic.
I will be grateful for any help.

Why is the port not opening on ASUS RT-N53?
First you need to understand what an open port is.
An open port is a port that is not blocked (allowed) on the firewall, and a port that the application is listening on.
That is, it must be allowed on the firewall, and the application must listen to it.
Of course, there is no application on the router listening on port 7777, so it will be closed of course.
Ports are not blocked by the ISP.
Well, of course, why would an ISP block ports?

To do this, you do not need to open the port, but forward it from the router to your computer, unless of course you are raising the game server on the router.
And most importantly , in order for someone to contact you from an external network, you need a white IP address. If you have it - forward the ports and everything will work out.
If you don't have it, nothing will help.
You can see what address you have on the main page of the router.
