Which Windows extension components are required for normal PC operation?

Windows 7 x64.
There was a story that when opening a folder in Explorer, sorting in it took a very long time. Similar brakes were when opening (or saving) a file through a standard dialog box in any application (for example, in a browser).
Therefore, armed with the ShellExView utility , I took and disabled most of all components.

It looks something like this:

The brake issue has been resolved. But there were a lot of other problems.
Among them:
  • About half of the windows from the control panel do not open. For example, you cannot get into network settings, user settings, screen, power, updates, etc.
  • You can not open the properties of the computer in any way.
  • You can not search for files and applications through the search bar in the start menu.
  • Tooltips quickly fade away 0.2 seconds after they appear.

Is there a list of required components that are 100% needed? Or a detailed description of which one does what?
Turning it on or off one at a time does not work. Because the problem with the brakes is subtle. When a folder is sorted, subsequent openings of that folder are fast. But after about an hour of work, when the cache disappears, the opening again gives the brakes. That is, each test needs to wait 1-2 hours. And there is no certainty that this is enough, maybe you still need to force the memory to push out this cache of files.

I would suggest going from the reverse

to see what the explorer is busy with and turn off aimingly.
Quite often it helps to disable thumbnails view.
It also makes sense to test the hard drive, perhaps the key problem is its imminent breakdown.
