Why is the port not opening on ASUS RT-N10U?

Good afternoon, users of the Toaster.ru resource!
I ran into such a problem - I want to install a Teamspeak3 virtual server on my machine, I need to open port 9987 UDP. It seems that everything is set up correctly in the router, but various programs for checking the availability of the port say that the port is still closed. The provider says that they have all the ports open - you need to deal with the router.
Operating system: Windows 7
Firewall on PC: disabled
IP: dynamic

Don't worry, put the server in the DMZ and send everything to it.
