Why is the picture faded in KMPlayer?

Good afternoon. The video plays very faded. Those, for example, some kind of green, barely green, more even some kind of gray-green. The face is also of an incomprehensible color. At the same time, the wallpapers on the desktop are all bright and saturated. Some films look great, some look like on the screen. How to fix?

This is HDR. Apparently, the player does not know how. Try VLC or MPV.

And I (and many others) had a similar problem in VLC, and here's how it is treated:
to remove whitiness:
Tools> Settings> All> Video> Output modules> DirectDraw> Use. hardware conversion YUVRGB
So try to find a similar setting in your KMPlayer and check it out.
