Why is the pickup point address not being sent to VirtueMart?

Hello.
There is Joomla 3.8, VirtueMart 3.4.2b OnePage Checkout from Rupostel and the Boxberry plugin.
When placing an order, everything goes well, but the address from the plugin is not transmitted. There are no errors.
Where can I try to look for the problem? Why can't the address be transmitted? All other information about the order comes correctly, both to the mail and to VirtueMart itself.
