Why is the photo not visible when searching for a hashtag in instagram (php posting)?

everything would be fine, but after publishing through this script, only the person who posted the hashtag can find the photo. accounts are empty.
Can anyone guess what could be the reason?

Instagram is actively fighting any methods of uploading photos other than the official application on the phone.
Apparently he noticed that the photo was uploaded "somehow" and therefore it is not indexed.
