Why is the pdf file not downloading in modx?

Hi everybody!
There is a field for the file, a link to the pdf file is displayed:

<a href="" target="_blank" class="btn ">Скачать каталог</a>

Everything seems to be fine, the link is correct! But the file itself does not open! In the address bar, the path to the file is indicated and the 404 page

Cyrillic in the names IMHO moveton. Correct the file name so that it is Latin without spaces and try downloading again.
