Why is the page twitching on hover?

Lord layout designers, tell me why the page is twitching and how to fix it?
If you scroll to the end of the page or between the center of the scroll and the end, and then hover over the Man box (image on the left)

Are there any extra onMouseOver or similar handlers in React components?
as if javascript rewinds to the top of the page, for some reason

When you hover over the Man block, it twitches due to the re-rendering of the background image.
You open the developer tools on the elements tab, select the block with the class "styles__Box-be5yn1-3 kFJOuH", then on the styles tab next to the input with the filter placeholder, select the hover effect. And poke into it, you will see how the picture is sewn up in the hover.
There was a picture -> pointed -> removed the picture from the block -> added a picture in the hover
