Why is the page builder plugin missing sections?

The plugin installed that one (screen 1), but when editing a line through the "page builder" in all video tutorials there are subsections "Attributes", "Layout" and "Design". I only have "Theme" (screen 2). Is this some kind of bug or how to add more subsections? Apparently because of them, I can not remove the indents that I asked about in the previous topic.

yes, MB should change the theme to the default one. disable plugins.
I'm ok out of the box
