Installed, then, on the second partition of the hard drive Lineage OS. Restarted PC. However, after the reboot, the OS selection window did not appear, although I installed GRUB. In the advanced system parameters, Lineage OS is also missing, there is only Windows. What to do to start the OS?

You need to either understand exactly where you installed Grub and transfer control to it, or boot into rescue mode, mount the root of your file system, chroot it, edit the grub config so that it is installed in the mbr of the active disk and install it there.
