Why is the old cache returned in drupal 7?
I am editing an old site on drupal 7. I changed one font-size value to another. Cleared cache using admin. drupal panels. Changes have appeared. But after some time, the old values in css are returned back. As if the site is loading again from old, cached files. Why? Where to dig?

There is not enough data, where do you change styles, what caching systems, there are no restores from backup?
In a normal situation, this should not happen, because Drupal generates a file with styles (aggregation is enabled in the admin panel) and deletes old style caches.
Perhaps you still have a browser cache - you are on one computer, cleaned everything and reset everything, but after a while you sit down on another computer, and it uses the styles from its cache.
