Why is the new HDD on the SMART report 100% health, and Victoria gives out 70% bad sectors?

I installed a new 1TB SEAGATE drive.
At first everything worked flawlessly. 100% health, checked by Hard Disk Sentinel
After a couple of months, I noticed that torrents already downloaded are not readable - a reading error.
Checked by Victoria, the graph shows a sharp drop in speed to zero. I'm shocked - how can this be?
The disk is 70% full. Files are read, programs are launched. True, it is mainly used as an archive. System on another SSD
What could it be? Disc marriage, or some settings need to be changed?

Everything turned out to be easier - I started checking the contacts, I noticed that the connector on the power cable was slightly extended. Changed to another, new one - and everything worked.
