Why is the name of the counterparty not filled in when exporting orders from Bitrix?

Why, when exporting orders from Bitrix to 1C, the "Name" field for counterparties may not be filled? The "ID" field contains the name of the orderer, and the "Name" field is empty.

Understood, it was necessary to set up Exchange profiles: "Shop> Settings> Integration with 1C> Exchange profiles".
