Why is the message "we did not receive a valid response..." instead of being redirected?

Created by IVR, there are three dials (1, 2 and 3), cost if nothing is selected then redirect to extension 101, but instead of redirect, the message "we did not receive a valid answer ..." is played.
When you select a number, redirection to the desired groups takes place.
What am I doing wrong?

Enable Direct Dial translate to disabled
