Why is the menu crashing?

Hello! I support my company's website. Recently, a bug has appeared in which the menu (module) began to "lose" either styles or js and the menu is poorly displayed. There is a solution, but doing it every day is not an option, just turn the module on and off. Already my head hurts from what I think is the reason.
PS: This error is not only with me, and not on one browser, so I don't know at all (

CSS is not loading. Take out the menu styles in a separate file and connect. Check if it works in this case.
Create a new menu module and connect through it.
An extreme option is to fill in a clean Joomla and roll the base onto it, transfer the template.
