Why is the media downloader not working?

Today, the "media files" section does not load on 4 sites at once, on the 5th site everything is correct on the same hosting account. Disabled all plugins but didn't help. What can be wrong?

I go to the section of media files and endless loading. There is no error in the console either.

1) open browser console and look for js errors.
2) disable plugins and check
3) check server configs, read/write permissions (chmod), availability of free inodes on hosting, etc.
4) turn on the debug mode of the VI or the display mode of the PHP and look at the errors
