Why is the log reread from the beginning?

Hello, tell me who can.
The essence of the problem - there is a logrt item that reads 3 types of lines from the log, which monitors errors, triggers are tied to it for the order of certain lines. Periodically, on some hosts, the item starts rereading the log from the very beginning, and because of this, all triggers are fired again, etc. but at the same time, on other hosts, the same items work stably, without rereading. What could be the reason? I restarted the agent on the host - it did not help.
