How to disable notifications only for some triggers in Zabbix during the maintenance period?

There are several Windows nodes whose CPU load is monitored by zabbix (if the average load is above 75% for 30 minutes, a trigger is fired and zabbix sends a notification).
Also, these Windows nodes run a full anti-virus scan every Sunday, which takes from 1 to 12 hours, depending on the node, loading the CPU at 100%.
I want Zabbix not to detect the problem of abnormal CPU load during the anti-virus scan, but all other triggers on these nodes continue to work. Can this be implemented?
It is desirable to implement using the "Maintenance" tool, and not by changing the triggers so that they only work from Monday to Saturday.

@MechanID

I would do this:
1 custom item that checks if the anti-virus scan is
running 2 set a trigger that fires when the anti-virus scan starts
3 triggers on the CPU, etc. that work due to the anti-virus scan would make it dependent on the anti-virus scan trigger.
In total, while the check is in progress, dependent triggers are suppressed, and exactly for the time while it is in progress, and there is no need to do anything with your hands in the "Maintenance"
