Why is the list of databases, domains and users not displayed in VestaCP?

Good afternoon. Has anyone encountered the fact that VestaCP does not display databases, users and domains?
Please note that the screenshot shows that there are 2 bases, and below it says that there are 0 of them.

I had a similar problem when transferring a backup from centos to ubuntu. True, databases and users were displayed normally - only domains were not displayed.
The problem arose due to the Cyrillic domain, which VestaCP recommends writing in ordinary Russian letters and which, after packing and unpacking backups, began to display incorrectly in Ubuntu (18).
Solution: removed the Cyrillic domain and brought it back with punycod. You need to delete the entry in the /usr/local/vesta/data/users/user/web.conf config, and then rebuild the domains with the "v-rebuild-web-domains user" command.
