Why is the link not rising on the Cisco 5508 wireless controller ports?

Is Cisco 5508 wireless controller sfp GLC-T modules are inserted into it. I can’t figure out what and where to include in order for them to work. Patchcords of them are plugged into the switch. On ports writes all the same link down The
piece of iron new nothing is configured plainly yet.
Tell me where to dig?

@Horny

Check that the connection is 1Gb, if it is plugged into 100Mb, it will not rise and will not write anything in the logs.

What modules are you using? If not-Cisco, then with a high probability it will not rise, see what is written to the log. There is no service unsupported-transceiver command on the WLC.
