Why is the line not configured on the Cisco 7965 phone?

Good afternoon everyone! I restored the firmware on the Cisco 7965 phone and it would seem that everything is nom. BUT, when I try to set up a line on the phone, it simply does not allow editing the name and short name items, it is located in Divice Configuration / SIP configuration / Line settings / Line 1..N. At first I doubted that the firmware was not SIP but VOIP, but in the status of the phone jar45sip.9-4-2es26.sbn. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? Tell me how to set up?
