Why is the keyboard shocking?
Greetings!
A couple of months ago, a micro problem appeared, which, as I understand it, grew into minus 10 thousand rubles.
About a month and a half ago, I began to notice that the keyboard was electric. This happened several times a day when I was away from the computer for a while. Also during work, I noticed that the keyboard starts blinking randomly for a short period of time. I usually disconnected the power from it and connected it again and it helped, by the way, the keyboard is mechanical in an aluminum case (Hyperx origin core). But the last time it also started flashing and a notification popped up in Windows that the device was not recognized. And reconnecting didn't work anymore, it stopped working. I took it to the service, they said that the problem is in the sonix SN32F247BFG microcontroller, supposedly it gets very hot or something like that. Basically you need a new one. And it is not for sale anywhere, so the keyboard cannot be repaired, and this is minus 10k.
And I have a few questions: why did she shock me? Is it possible that this is why it broke? and most importantly, if the problem is overvoltage from the network or something with the power supply, then other devices may fail, what can be done about it?
On the surge protector, the light that is responsible for grounding glows, respectively, it is.
Thanks in advance for your replies.
