Why is the joomla template installed on a virtual server and not on the host?

There is a joomla template. I installed it twice on a virtual server on the computer, everything works, and when I install it on hosting, it reaches the "3 Review" page. I choose install demo-data-> Standard-demo data. I press the install button, the page reloads with the help of possibly Ajax but returns to the same page. In the site configuration, all settings items are green.
