Why is the Internet not working through the switch?

Good afternoon.
There is a twisted pair from the switch, when connected to a PC (switch - PC), the Internet works properly, but when connected to the second switch (switch - switch - PC), the Internet disappears.
I tried 2 different switches (100MB), there are 4 pins in the connector, can this be the reason?

I don’t know what the reason is, but when using a 1GB switch, the problem went away.
At the same time, the previous switches are 100% correct.

check physics. either with the cable or with the port on the switch
