Why is the internal (integrated) video card not working?

There is a personal computer:
motherboard msi b85-g41 pc mate
processor intel xeon e3-1241 v3
RAM ddr3 2 bars of 8 GB

This processor has a graphics core, and the motherboard supports an integrated video card.
Initially, when I purchased this computer, I used it without a discrete graphics card. Then, for experimental purposes, I installed a discrete graphics card from my old computer, and used it for a couple of years.
Now this discrete graphics card is making noise due to the cooler, and as it turns out, it is less powerful than the integrated card. I want to start using the internal video card again, but nothing comes of it. How I tried to do it:

1. The very first thing that comes to mind is just to get it out of the mat. board a discrete video card, and insert the vga or hdmi cable from the monitor into the motherboard connector. But in this case, when I start the PC, the monitor writes that there is no signal.
2. Enable the initialization of the internal video card in the BIOS, not the discrete one. I found this option in the BIOS, where there are 2 parameters - PEG and IGD. I put IGD, I press save and restart, the discrete video card still works. I'll log into the BIOS and see that the value of PEG is again worth it. I put IGD again, click save BIOS settings, turn off the computer, take out a discrete video card and insert the monitor cord into the internal one, start the computer and still the monitor writes that there is no signal.
3. I tried to do all of the above using VGA and HDMI interfaces, you never know what worked. No result.
4. I tried to update the BIOS to the newest one. Nothing helped either.
5. I took out the battery from the mat. boards, inserted a jumper to reset the BIOS. Didn't work.

How to solve this problem? How to enable the internal video card? I've used it before and it worked great.

The intel xeon e3-1241 v3 processor does not have onboard video. Xeon processors that have an integrated graphics card are called e3-12x5 (have a "5" at the end of the model number) Example
