Why is the infoblock element not updated via api?

I update the product through
CIBlockElement::Update(ID,[NAME=>LALALA])
In the database, the NAME field is updated, in the admin panel in the card too, and the old one hangs on the front, if you press save through the card, it appears. The cache is disabled.
Why is the element not updating?
