How to animate a banner in Bitrix?

Good day!
There is a banner on the main page, displayed using bitrix:advertising.banner.
I would like to add some animation to the banner, for example, as here - the effect is as if the picture is assembled from "cubes", and an animated inscription appears.
Tell me, please, with the help of what / what libraries can I reproduce such effects.
Perhaps someone has implemented something similar.

Directly in the code by classes and imports, you can usually find either that are used. This one is like SliderRevolution.
Nevertheless, it still knows how to make SVG, both by itself and with the help of filters, masks on it.
