How to display properties in cart simple method?

Hello everyone. Please tell me how to display the properties in the basket through this code: ['PROPERTIES']['ACTION_CHECKBOX']['VALUE']
I looked at the documentation, but it may be outdated in 2011. I have Bitrix 2015.

Select the necessary properties in the component settings and everything will be displayed perfectly by itself! But in general, in the component template, foreach over $arResult and display the properties, as indicated. For clarity, dump $arResult first.
