Why is the image stretched on page refresh?

l98329pm.bget.ru on the site in the header there is a background picture. When updating, it loads (less than a second it is not there, flickers roughly speaking) and this directly infuriates the customer. Is it possible to force it into the cache somehow? Or what are the solutions for this issue?

You load it with an IMG element, I would advise using background-position in this situation
