Why is the image not stretching to 100% in the bootstrap slider at max-width 1025px and min-width 993px?

Hello, I made an adaptive layout for the site (_prokachkov.ru) on twitter bootstrap, finished it a bit for normal display on tablets, but I can’t beat the slider.
When the screen width is from 993px to 1025px, the image is not stretched by 100%, although this is specified in the css. I can't figure out where to fix it.

Make the picture not max-width, but width 100%, then everything is ok.
