Why is the image not being added to the Drawable XML?

Why is nothing displayed when trying to add an XML image (Vector Asset added via studio)?

For such cases, draw a custom drawable.
How do they draw?
Create vector drawing and save as svg. Then through the converter you get vectorDrawable.
Paste the code into a drawable file and you get a normal icon.
