Why is the font rendered in a different color than what I set in CSS?

I assign the color 446EAD to the font, some 4A70AB is rendered. What could it be? Paint in the browser is over?

Yandex browser, Win7. Here in the picture the first is the render, the second is the true color:

Most likely a problem with the color profile.
Try opening chrome://flags , find the Force color profile item there and change it to sRGB (and generally experiment with the options)

Have you tried watching in other browsers? Also check the extensions that are installed, if any. Another option is that you have some other styles connected on the page that interrupt the original color.
