Why is the finished layout different on different devices with the same resolution?

The layout is adaptive. There is a 24-inch monitor (full hd, 1920x1080) and a 14-inch laptop, but also full hd, 1920x1080. The layout looks different on them. With what it can be connected?

With the fact that these monitors have different DPI, as a result of which interface scaling is set by default in the OS. It is configured here:
