Why is the file on github not updated?

We have a repository and a gh-pages branch.
In index.html in gh-pages, 2 files from the master branch are connected via https://cdn.rawgit.com.
Specifically, the question is of interest - why is the new version of the file not being loaded? I made a commit to the master branch, in which I updated the js script. Here it is: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/yarkovaleksei/pr...
And at https://cdn.rawgit.com/yarkovaleksei/preloader.css... the old version of the file.

In general, I decided that I changed cdn.rawgit.com to rawgit.com, as stated here .
