Why can't github be loaded through the Beeline modem?

Vladivostok. The Beeline 4G modem is still working in 3G mode. In general, the Internet runs acceptable, but getting to the github is just a disaster. Questions:
1. Can someone check if Beeline has this problem in principle, or is it just a problem from here.
2. Any idea what can be done about it? It's impossible to work. :(
