From time to time I encounter the following problem: I open, for example, via WinSCP a style file on the server, edit it in live mode, when you save the file in this way, it is uploaded to the server. But difficulties arise from time to time and the file basically refuses to be uploaded, and through any FTP client. At the same time, if the file is renamed and uploaded, then you can continue to work with it in the normal mode. Why might this be happening?
