Why is the display of the site from the Facebook application not the same as on the mobile version in the browser?

The site is displayed very strangely when opened from the Facebook application.

Most likely, the links processed from the Facebook application use an old version of the web browser (like chrome there), and, accordingly, some CSS styles fly off.

I think because <meta name="viewport" content="width=1200">it should be like this

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">
