Why is the debugger running so slowly in WebStorm?

In general, I had Windows, and there, when debugging the node, warnings flew out and the launch of the debug lasted 20 seconds, here are the warnings:

And then I decided to install linux, because it was unbearable to wait 20 seconds every time. I tried to run the project - it's great, it starts instantly! But the debugger starts running for 2-3 minutes with the same warnings =\ .
All because of some bug in mongoose. Whatever I tried to get rid of these warnings - does not help. So. What I wanted to ask. How can I speed up the process of launching the debugger? What would be at least like on Windows?

this error comes up in the latest versions of mongoose, try back versions until it disappears.

Elementary os by itself is not a good choice, I would put Linux Mint
