Why is the data in the table not in the right place?

Hello.
I have microsoft excel 2010.
The problem is the following.
There is a table
Last name First name .. Street. FIO House
. The street. House .... <-Headings
FULL NAME1 Street1 House1 ....
FULL NAME2. Street2 Dom2
....
All data was edited, filtered, deleted.
But the full name data should be located opposite your street and house - no one has changed this.
Something went wrong and now the full name does not match the street and house
Example:
full name2. Street1. House1 FULL
NAME1. Street2. Dom2
It turns out that the data in the first column is not in its place.
What could be the problem?
Thank you.

@sharomet

Someone sorted a column without the "sort entire row by column" flag.
