Problem: The computer BIOS heats up to 75 degrees, and when you start Windows turns off. The thermal paste is new - MX4, on the processor - GAMMAXX 400. I assembled the PC today, there is no dust. Processor - E5-1650 v1, mat. board - Huanan X79.

See if the CPU is in good contact with the cooler. If the cooler radiator is cold, then the contact is shit. Prots scalped, with a lid?
