Why is the connection interrupted?

There is such a problem: communication in voice messengers (Skype, Meet, Zoom, etc.) is constantly interrupted. I work remotely and communication is extremely important to me. People complain that I'm interrupted, and I don't know what to do about it. And I don't hear people either. That is, just for a few seconds (from 5 to 20 on average), the connection is lost (no sound or image - everything freezes). I think the problem is in the provider (I have Rostelecom). I called them - they asked to measure the speed and said - everything is fine, there are no problems on our part. In my opinion this is not normal. I will probably change providers. I don't know what else to do, but this needs to be addressed somehow. Really hinders!

PS I forgot to clarify - the computer is connected via wi-fi through a 5 Hz connection. It is difficult to route the cord.

Switching to cable solved all problems. Wifi was to blame.

To understand why the connection is blocked, it is obviously necessary to carry out diagnostics.
For starters Win + R, cmd, ping habr.com -l 1000 -t.
Are there losses or not?
1. If there is, connect via copper (once you can drag the computer) through the router, repeat.
1.1. If there is, connect directly via copper.
1.1.1. If there is - obscene demand from the provider to fix it.
1.1.2. If not, throw out the router.
1.2. If not, play around with the router channel, try a different frequency, throw out the router.
2. If not, the problem is tricky, you won’t figure it out without half a liter.)

Well, re-read the text of your agreement with the provider, where 99% will say that the Internet is provided to you exclusively for personal needs, and not for work
