Why is the component's DOM tree automatically updated after the page is loaded?

Hello. I noticed a very strange behavior of the news.list component on the page: if you go to the page without authorization, then on the first load after clearing the cache, everything works as it should, but after the second one, the normal load also occurs, but at the end of it the DOM tree is updated and the run the scripts of this component. You can catch the moment when you can notice the work of scripts, but after updating the tree they fall off, but remain on the page. If you go to the page under authorization - everything is in order.
Can you please tell me what could be causing this behavior?
