Why is the component not working?

Subject. Literally the component does not work.
The component is self-written, but it works great on many sites, except for this one.
Those. the component is fine.

The executeComponent method is simply not executed, and the component class is not loaded at all - class.php is not included.

If you add component.php to the component, it starts to run, i.e. everything is good with the location and routes.

It seems that for some reason the component engine is screwed up.
What can be checked?
