It looks like the engine has its own CNC, and SeoPro has its own, including both CNCs you create a conflict.
The second option - for many CNC modules to work, you need to modify .htaccess, information about how it is usually located next to the CNC activation.

Most likely you have not set CNC for categories, or have not cleared the SeoPro cache
