Why is the brightness of colors displayed so incorrectly in Photoshop?

It seems that everywhere the color profile is sRGB, but on the left - what I see in fsh, on the right - what I get at the output.

the problem was in the monitor. "color management", selected the monitor and removed some color profile from there. leaving everything blank
