It seems that everywhere the color profile is sRGB, but on the left - what I see in fsh, on the right - what I get at the output.

I run into this all the time.

the problem was in the monitor. "color management", selected the monitor and removed some color profile from there. leaving everything blank

One screenshot here is not much to say right away. In any case, the problem is in Photoshop profiles.
