Why is the bot.onText node-telegram-api handler not removed?

The essence of the question is that the bot.onText handler should leave certain actions, but for some reason it is not removed. I used bot.onText(regExp,function(){}), bot.removeTextListener(regExp). But unfortunately it didn't help.
