Why is the bootstrap mobile menu twitching?

Good night everybody. If you go to the cb74660.tmweb.ru page from your mobile phone , then when you click on the menu button, the menu itself pops up and twitches. What did I do wrong? I can not understand ... Please tell me how to fix this error. Many thanks in advance!

}

and padding on body
