Why is the attached domain not working?

Good evening.
I have a Digitalocean VPS with LAMP pre-installed (ubuntu 14.04), I need to bind a domain to it.
I added the domain to the DO panel, created an A-record (I entered the domain and server IP in the required fields), according to this instruction, hosting-vds-vps.ru/hosting/domen.html attached the domain to the server, did everything correctly, and changed the DNS registrar.
As a result, after two hours, apparently, the DNS was updated and instead of the registrar's page, it began to show mine.
I go there, but it knocks me out:
Page not found
If you were looking for something specific on it,
ask Yandex about it
What am I doing wrong?

Resolve to your server address?
If not, fix the entry in DNS.
If yes - solve problems on your VPS.
