Why is the Arduino not flashing?

I have a Chinese Arduino UNO. Prior to this, there was Windows 10, everything was fine. Delivered version 8 and the board is not stitched in any way. Driver reinstalled many times, COM port is set correctly.

  1. Not stitched - in the sense that the sketch is not uploaded?
  2. What does it show?
  3. That writes?
