Why is the application not deployed on heroku?

Hello!
Trying to deploy a Ruby on Rails4 app on heroku.
After pushing the changes to the local git repository, I push to heroku:

git push heroku master

Team results:
c:\RailsProject\thinkblog>git push heroku master
